I stayed at 87 Mann for over 9 months. Must say, it was an amazing unit. The building is modern and comes furnished. Smart Living does not compromise on quality and maintenance is on-point as they respond and act quick. A big shout out to Ivan, the property manager for being accommodating and responding quick to requests. It’s a little pricey but I’d say it’s worth it :) would 10/10 recommend.

Great place to rent! Amenities were good, conveniently located (330 McLeod), unit was clean and well furnished. The building manager and superintendent were always very quick to respond to any issues or concerns and were very accommodating. They were professional, considerate and always notified me before entering my unit. Highly recommended.

I've rented from Smart Living for two years. They've always been quick with responding to concerns and inquiries, and the units I rented were clean and up to date. Prices were very reasonable and I would definitely rent from them again.
